Position: Legal Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyzing legal issues and providing informed opinions to support strategic decision-making.
Researching and interpreting laws, regulations, and contracts.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
Managing legal compliance matters and ensuring adherence to applicable laws.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance and support on various business initiatives.
Assisting with legal due diligence for new projects and partnerships.
Identifying potential legal risks and proposing strategies for risk mitigation.
Staying updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the agrifood industry or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of Spanish legal systems, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software/tools.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
