Job Opening: Horticultural Specialist

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team of experts to manage and maintain various horticultural projects
Plan and execute planting schedules, including seed selection, transplanting, and propagation techniques
Conduct regular inspections of plant health, identify pests and diseases, and implement appropriate treatments
Assist in the development and implementation of irrigation systems
Monitor and document crop growth, yields, and other relevant data for analysis
Provide expert advice on horticultural practices to team members and clients

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil science, and pest management
Experience in managing and maintaining a diverse range of horticultural specimens
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about sustainable agriculture and horticultural practices
