About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eskilstuna Bil & Plåt, you will play a vital role in attracting, assessing, and acquiring top talent for our company. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Creating engaging job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
Using various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Conducting initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
Assisting in the negotiation, preparation, and extension of employment offers.
Developing and maintaining relationships with universities, employment agencies, and other recruitment resources.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, such as Boolean searches and applicant tracking systems.
Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
