Your Role and Responsibilities

Assessing and enhancing our legal compliance frameworks and policies.
Conducting regular audits to identify potential compliance issues.
Developing and delivering training programs on legal compliance.
Providing expert advice on regulatory matters and interpreting laws and regulations.
Collaborating with various departments to implement compliance measures.
Monitoring changes in legislation and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
Preparing reports and documentation for legal matters and audits.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a legal compliance role.
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of national and international legal frameworks.
Excellent understanding of compliance procedures and best practices.
Proven ability to analyze complex legal documents and provide accurate recommendations.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
