Your Role and Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to our guests, providing personalized assistance and anticipating their needs.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and positive environment.
Promote our diverse cultural heritage and local traditions to enhance the guest experience.
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and follow company guidelines.
Participate in regular training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge.

About You

Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred.

Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
