Position: Vacation Experience Specialist

Job Description:

Create memorable vacation experiences for our esteemed guests, ensuring their stay is filled with excitement, relaxation, and adventure.
Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests' preferences, recommending personalized itineraries, and coordinating various activities and attractions.
Offer support and guidance to guests throughout their vacation, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with local businesses, suppliers, and tourism operators to curate exclusive experiences and enhance guest satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with tourism trends, local attractions, and entertainment options to provide insightful recommendations and maximize guest enjoyment.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive guest relationships.
Assist with promotional activities, social media campaigns, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a tourism-related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage multiple guests and requests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required in the tourism industry.
