Position: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our reach
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, potential partners, and clients
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our programs and initiatives
Provide consultancy services to external organizations seeking to establish franchising or chain systems
Create a network of professionals from related industries to leverage synergies and build mutually beneficial collaborations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Familiarity with the principles of franchise and chain business models
