Your Role

As a Sports Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in our team, ensuring the success of various sports and entertainment events we organize. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, organizing, and executing sports events, tournaments, and competitions
Liaising with venue owners, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
Managing event budgets and monitoring financial aspects
Coordinating with event suppliers, such as caterers, security teams, and technical support
Overseeing event promotion, marketing, and ticket sales
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A degree in Event Management, Sports Management, or a related field
Proven experience in planning and executing sports or entertainment events
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
An eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
