About the role: Nature Experience Specialist

As a Nature Experience Specialist at Donatos Pizza, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on creating memorable moments for our customers. In this role, you will harness your love for adventure and utilize your problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

Curate unique moments where our customers can delight in the wonder of nature while enjoying our delicious pizza
Establish relationships with local outdoor enthusiasts and organizations
Organize and lead nature-themed events and workshops
Collaborate with our culinary team to develop delicious, nature-inspired recipes
Monitor social media channels to identify and engage with customers who share a passion for nature and food
Stay updated on the latest pet-friendly trails, parks, and camping destinations in Ohio
Conduct research to identify potential partnership opportunities within the pets/animals industry

Required qualifications:

Avid nature lover with a deep understanding of the Ohio outdoor scene
Previous experience in event planning or customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Passionate about pets/animals and their well-being
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of local pet-friendly businesses and organizations
Experience with social media management and content creation
Background in marketing or related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
