About the role: Nature Experience Specialist
As a Nature Experience Specialist at Donatos Pizza, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on creating memorable moments for our customers. In this role, you will harness your love for adventure and utilize your problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Curate unique moments where our customers can delight in the wonder of nature while enjoying our delicious pizza
- Establish relationships with local outdoor enthusiasts and organizations
- Organize and lead nature-themed events and workshops
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop delicious, nature-inspired recipes
- Monitor social media channels to identify and engage with customers who share a passion for nature and food
- Stay updated on the latest pet-friendly trails, parks, and camping destinations in Ohio
- Conduct research to identify potential partnership opportunities within the pets/animals industry
Required qualifications:
- Avid nature lover with a deep understanding of the Ohio outdoor scene
- Previous experience in event planning or customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passionate about pets/animals and their well-being
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of local pet-friendly businesses and organizations
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Background in marketing or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
