Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule flights, ensuring efficient utilization of aircraft
Prepare and file flight plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Act as liaison between flight crews, ground staff, and external stakeholders
Monitor and track flight operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the procurement and maintenance of aircraft equipment
Manage aviation-related documentation, including permits, licenses, and certifications
Assist in developing and implementing effective operating procedures and policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in aviation or related industries, such as aircraft manufacturing, airport operations, or aviation logistics
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
