Job Opening: Cultural Insights Analyst

The Appenzell Ausserrhoden Cultural Heritage Society is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Cultural Insights Analyst. This exciting position offers an opportunity to contribute to the conservation and understanding of our unique cultural heritage in a dynamic and flexible working environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of cultural trends, behaviors, and practices within Appenzell Ausserrhoden.
Collect, interpret, and present statistical data related to cultural heritage preservation and promotion.
Identify patterns and insights from surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with fellow team members to develop strategies and initiatives based on research insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Cultural Studies).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proficient in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment.
