Job Opening: Cultural Insights Analyst
The Appenzell Ausserrhoden Cultural Heritage Society is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Cultural Insights Analyst. This exciting position offers an opportunity to contribute to the conservation and understanding of our unique cultural heritage in a dynamic and flexible working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of cultural trends, behaviors, and practices within Appenzell Ausserrhoden.
- Collect, interpret, and present statistical data related to cultural heritage preservation and promotion.
- Identify patterns and insights from surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to develop strategies and initiatives based on research insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Cultural Studies).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment.
