This vital role focuses on creating engaging experiences for our visitors, celebrating our nation's history, and promoting our diverse collections. As a part of our tight-knit team, you'll work alongside like-minded individuals dedicated to preserving and showcasing Kenya's unique heritage.

Your Responsibilities:

Curate and present our museum's diverse artifacts
Engage visitors through interactive experiences and guided tours
Promote museum memberships and generate retail opportunities through storytelling
Contribute to the development of innovative retail and visitor engagement strategies
Establish and maintain positive visitor relationships and maximize their museum experience

Skills and Qualifications:

A passion for Kenyan history, culture, and heritage
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated experience in customer service or related fields
An ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
An aptitude for retail opportunities and sales initiatives
An adaptive and flexible approach to engaging diverse audiences
Knowledge or interest in museum operations and visitor engagement
Proficiency in English and Swahili is preferred
