As the Global Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our international presence and driving growth in the aviation/aerospace industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities globally, leveraging your extensive network and market knowledge.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development, preferably in the aviation/aerospace or related industry.
Strong understanding of global markets and a demonstrated ability to navigate cultural nuances.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.
