Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of luxury materials, exploring new frontiers in natural, synthetic, and sustainable alternatives.
  • Pioneer innovative methodologies to enhance the durability, aesthetics, and eco-friendliness of our renowned luxury products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into tangible prototypes and bring them to commercial success.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, emerging technologies, and breakthroughs within the materials domain to maintain our competitive advantage.
  • Ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards and ethical principles that define our commitment to excellence.


Requirements:

  • PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in materials research, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or high-end consumer goods industries.
  • Expertise in analyzing and characterizing various materials, utilizing advanced laboratory equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical applications with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset to drive continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, working fluency in both English and French.
