Position: Technology Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and maintain software applications and systems to meet the technology needs of the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, code, test, and debug software applications using various programming languages and frameworks.
Manage and monitor software application performance, identify issues, and implement necessary solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development and coding.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
