Are you seeking a challenging and rewarding sales position within the retail industry? Owens Corning Inc is searching for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our retail partners, ensuring their success and driving sales growth across our product portfolio. Your expertise in the industry and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be key to achieving outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive business growth.
Provide expert guidance and support to retailers regarding product features, advantages, and benefits.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand market reach.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to both small and large audiences.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events (approximately 25% travel).
