Role Overview

Position: Lifestyle Coach
Location: Normandy, France
Industry: Recreation & Wellness

Responsibilities

Provide personalized coaching and guidance to clients looking to enhance their physical fitness, health, and overall well-being.
Create tailored fitness and lifestyle programs based on clients' needs and goals.
Offer nutritional advice and develop meal plans to support clients' objectives.
Conduct fitness assessments and evaluate clients' progress regularly.
Motivate and inspire clients to adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Organize and lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and industry developments.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in fitness coaching or a related field.
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness principles.
Certification in personal training, fitness coaching, or a relevant discipline.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and French.
