Position: Franchise/Chain Operations Manager

Job Description:

Lead and oversee the operations of our franchise and retail chain locations
Implement strategies to ensure consistent quality standards across all outlets
Develop and manage operational policies and procedures
Collaborate with franchisees to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchisees and provide feedback
Support franchisees in achieving operational excellence and profitability
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide training and support to franchisees and their employees
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in franchise operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise operations or chain management
Proven track record in developing and managing successful franchises or chains
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
