Position: Franchise/Chain Operations Manager
Job Description:
- Lead and oversee the operations of our franchise and retail chain locations
- Implement strategies to ensure consistent quality standards across all outlets
- Develop and manage operational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with franchisees to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchisees and provide feedback
- Support franchisees in achieving operational excellence and profitability
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide training and support to franchisees and their employees
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in franchise operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise operations or chain management
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful franchises or chains
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
