Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Technology Solutions Specialist. As a member of our technology department, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that support our business operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and identify technological solutions
Analyze, design, and develop software applications and systems
Ensure smooth integration of various software components and third-party systems
Perform comprehensive testing to identify and fix software defects
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users
Maintain accurate documentation of software development processes and configurations
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in software development or a similar role
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Experience with database management systems and web development frameworks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
