We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a

Innovation Strategist

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to drive economic growth and enhance business competitiveness
Identify emerging industry trends and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop programs and initiatives that align with market needs
Assess local ecosystem and capitalize on opportunities to attract and retain talent and businesses in the region
Research and analyze market data, industry reports, and economic indicators to support decision-making processes
Establish and nurture partnerships with stakeholders including businesses, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations to promote economic development
Coordinate and facilitate workshops, conferences, and events to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within the region

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Prior knowledge of the Triad area is a plus
