Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our retail store in Bavaria, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with company guidelines
- Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and purchasing to develop and execute promotional activities
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, driving them towards achieving targets
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify actionable insights
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
- Fluency in German and English languages
