We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our friendly and collaborative team at Leibniz-Institut DSMZ-Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen GmbH, located in Lower Saxony, Germany. We are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician to contribute to our organization's mission of providing innovative services in the field of microbiology.

Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests and experiments following established procedures and protocols
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support research and development projects
Contribute to the maintenance and documentation of laboratory equipment
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements:

Degree in microbiology, biology, or a related field
Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the field of microbiology
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
