Job Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of global agricultural projects, focusing on sustainable farming practices, crop diversification, and yield optimization.
Collaborate with international partners to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and identify new agricultural trends and technologies.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on global agricultural markets, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Provide expert advice and strategic guidance to farmers, agricultural organizations, and government agencies on sustainable agricultural practices.
Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to promote knowledge transfer and capacity building for agricultural professionals worldwide.
Stay updated on agricultural policies, regulations, and industry developments globally, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve.

Job Requirements

Advanced degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field.
Proven experience in global agricultural development, including successful project management.
Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices, crop diversification, and agroecology.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate trends and data into actionable strategies.
Experience with international collaborations, preferably in an agricultural context.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
