Position: Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize production processes to ensure timely delivery of products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements
Maintain and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Proven experience in process improvement and resource planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
