Galician Craftsmen's Guild is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sustainable Outdoor Recreation Coordinator. At our guild, we believe in the power of sports and entertainment to connect people, promote Galician traditions, and foster a sense of community. Through this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our vision while making a positive impact on the environment and society.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable outdoor recreation programs that align with our mission and values.
Create partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance the outdoor sports and entertainment offerings.
Organize and coordinate workshops, events, and competitions to promote Galician crafts and traditions.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and contribute to sustainable practices in all outdoor activities.
Educate and engage the community on the importance of environmental stewardship.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of our programs, making adjustments as necessary.
Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the Galician Craftsmen's Guild.

Requirements:

Strong passion for outdoor sports, recreation, and Galician culture.
Proven experience in organizing and coordinating outdoor events or programs.
Knowledge of sustainable practices and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative program ideas.
Proactive and self-motivated with strong project management skills.
Fluency in Galician, Spanish, and English.
