Job Description:

Volvo Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of new construction and real estate projects in Skåne län, Sweden.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of construction and real estate projects in Skåne län.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and government entities, to ensure successful project implementation.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet established goals and objectives.
Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the procurement and contracting process for necessary services and materials.
Track and report project progress, providing updates to senior management as required.
Continuously evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
A drive for results, with a focus on delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
