Position: Eco-Geologist
We are currently hiring an Eco-Geologist to contribute to our mission-driven work. As an Eco-Geologist, you will play a vital role in studying geological processes and their impact on the environment. Your expertise will help us develop innovative strategies to protect and restore the natural resources in KwaZulu-Natal.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting geological surveys and collecting data to analyze environmental conditions
- Assessing the impact of human activities on the environment
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable practices
- Designing and implementing environmental management plans
- Identifying potential risks and providing recommendations for mitigation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in conducting geological surveys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
