Position: Event Coordinator (Sports/Entertainment)

Job Description:

Plan, organize, and execute large-scale events with a focus on sports and entertainment.
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
Create innovative event concepts that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand style.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, from concept to completion.
Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee experiences.
Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning and coordination, ideally within the sports and entertainment industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to deliver unique and engaging event experiences.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per event requirements.
