Position: Wellness Specialist
Job Overview
- Provide expert guidance on wellness practices and initiatives
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives for employees
- Conduct research on health and wellness trends
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote a culture of wellness
- Manage wellness initiatives, including workshops, events, and training
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs
- Provide support and counseling to individuals seeking wellness advice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. health sciences, psychology, nutrition)
- Proven experience in developing and managing wellness programs
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
