Position Overview:

We are seeking an Analytical Insights Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data for driving informed decision-making processes in our language programs and community outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive research plans to uncover valuable insights related to our language programs, target market, and customer preferences.
Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and market reports.
Utilize statistical techniques and analytics tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends.
Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing research findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for program enhancements, marketing strategies, and community engagement initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market research industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in conducting research and analyzing data, preferably in a similar capacity.
Strong proficiency in statistical software, such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
Solid understanding of research methodologies and statistical techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Market Research, Economics).
