Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding sustainable and environmentally friendly products
Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to ensure a positive shopping experience
Contribute to maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment
Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized recommendations
Support the implementation of sustainable practices within the retail department

Requirements

Prior experience in retail or customer service
Passionate about sustainable living and environmentally conscious products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to work effectively within a diverse team
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
