Position Overview

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Experience Specialist in Nevada. In this role, you will help shape and deliver remarkable experiences for our customers, bridging the gap between the virtual world of gaming and the real-world hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts for integration of restaurant/hotel experiences within our gaming titles.
Design, implement, and optimize virtual hospitality services to enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
Create and maintain relationships with industry partners to integrate real-world dining and lodging options into our games.
Collect and analyze player feedback to continuously improve hospitality features and offerings.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the restaurant/hotel industry to ensure our games reflect real-world experiences.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restaurant/hotel industry with a focus on guest services, event planning, or related areas.
Demonstrated understanding of the gaming industry and passion for interactive entertainment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
Ability to think creatively and deliver exceptional experiences within the constraints of game development.
