Position: International Partner Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an International Partner Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential international partners for the enhanced distribution of our sustainable products. Your main focus will be on expanding our market presence and developing strategic alliances in line with our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Research and analyze potential partners to assess their suitability and compatibility with the Melodea brand
Identify and approach potential partners, initiating contact and developing rapport
Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner performance and drive sales growth
Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing ongoing support and guidance as required
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, suggesting proactive strategies for growth

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of the Franchise/Chain industry and its dynamics
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Prior experience in the sustainable materials or technology sector is highly desirable
