We're Hiring: Senior Architectural Designer

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architectural Designer at Leeb Balkone, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of visually stunning and functional architectural designs that meet our clients' requirements.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Conduct site visits and collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints using industry-standard software.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and innovations in the industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience working as an Architectural Designer in the construction industry.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong artistic and design skills with an eye for detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
