Position: Events Operations Specialist

At Caterpillar Inc., we're seeking a talented individual to join our Events Operations team in Arizona. As an Events Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing various corporate events, including conferences, exhibitions, and client entertainment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives.
Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering services, transportation, audiovisual equipment, and event set-up.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Create detailed event timelines, itineraries, and budgets.
Oversee event registration, attendee communications, and guest relations.
Support event marketing activities by designing promotional materials and coordinating digital campaigns.
Provide on-site event supervision, ensuring seamless execution and attendee satisfaction.
Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in event planning, preferably in large-scale corporate events.
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
