This position plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our community by focusing on the water quality and environmental aspects of our operations. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze water quality parameters to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Perform routine water sampling, testing, and analysis following established protocols
- Maintain and calibrate water testing equipment
- Collect and analyze environmental samples, such as soil and vegetation
- Assist in conducting environmental impact assessments
- Contribute to the development and implementation of water quality improvement plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address environmental issues and develop sustainable solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field
- Knowledge of water quality testing methodologies and equipment
- Experience in environmental sampling and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
