About the Role

As a Correctional Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining order and enforcing regulations within the corrective services environment. You will apply your expertise to ensure the safety and security of both staff and inmates through the implementation of innovative policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise activities within correctional facilities
Prevent and respond to security breaches
Conduct searches and implement security measures
Escort and transport inmates as required
Assist in the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative strategies
Maintain accurate records and produce comprehensive reports

Requirements

Proven experience in a relevant field (e.g., military, law enforcement, or security)
