Effectively communicate and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences and optimize processes.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through various options and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role where you demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments.
Aptitude for learning and adapting quickly to new technologies and tools.
Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
