Position: Community Health Advocate

Inspire positive change within our community and build a healthier future as a Community Health Advocate at Folktandvården Jönköping! In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our social initiatives, raising public awareness, and fostering a sense of responsibility towards oral health and the environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community-based oral health programs to educate and engage the public.
Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and government agencies to create impactful initiatives.
Lead awareness campaigns promoting dental hygiene, prevention, and the importance of regular check-ups.
Advocate for sustainable dental practices, seeking innovative ways to reduce environmental impact.
Conduct research and collect data to assess community needs and measure the effectiveness of implemented programs.
Organize and participate in events, workshops, and public speaking engagements to share knowledge and create awareness.
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, community leaders, and volunteers.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Development, or a related field.
Prior experience in community-based projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Passionate about oral health, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Strong organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in collecting and analyzing data, with knowledge of research methodologies.
Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
