Position: International Logistics Coordinator

At Stahlbau Schroll GmbH, we are looking for an enthusiastic International Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in bridging cultures and ensuring smooth transportation and logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation routes and streamline logistics operations
Handle vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and rates to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Implement and maintain supply chain management systems to track and improve operational performance

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, preferably in an international context
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster cross-cultural collaboration
Proficient in relevant software and technologies for logistics management
Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping practices
Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
