Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as the Manufacturing Innovation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and promoting the growth of manufacturing companies in the region. Your main goal will be to foster a culture of creativity, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to encourage innovation, streamline processes, and enhance productivity in the manufacturing sector.
Collaborate with local manufacturing companies to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
Facilitate knowledge exchange and networking opportunities within the manufacturing community.

Provide guidance and support to manufacturers seeking funding or grants for research and development projects.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing-related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry processes and challenges.
