Huntsman Corporation, a global leader in specialty chemicals, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our Texas team. We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Manager - Market Expansion, responsible for driving growth and nurturing customer relationships.
In this role, you will utilize your strong business acumen to identify new market opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and execute aggressive growth strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze emerging trends and market demands in the chemical industry
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
- Create and implement effective sales strategies for market expansion
- Nurture relationships with strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demands
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Prior experience in the chemical or related industry is preferred
