About Us

Your Role

Drive technological innovation and lead development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance our program offerings
Evaluate technical feasibility and provide recommendations for implementing innovative tools and solutions
Design and develop software applications to enhance mentorship experiences
Manage software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with mentors and participants to understand their needs and develop customized technological solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in software development or related technical roles
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
