Responsibilities:

Create and design innovative software solutions to meet specific business needs, using cutting-edge technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and clients, to understand requirements and determine the best technical approach.
Develop technical documentation, including diagrams, architecture plans, and project specifications.
Lead and participate in the coding, testing, and implementation of software systems.
Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers, nurturing their skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development, system design, and architecture.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in mentoring or team leadership is a plus.
