About the Role:

We are currently seeking an Outdoor Experience Specialist to enhance our guests' journeys through Free State. As a key member of our Adventure Team, you will be responsible for designing and executing exceptional itineraries tailored to our guests' interests, ensuring their time with us is nothing short of extraordinary.

Your Responsibilities:

Curate unique and immersive travel experiences that showcase the best of Free State's natural beauty, wildlife, and culture.
Create and manage detailed itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining arrangements.
Coordinate with local vendors, guides, and partners to ensure flawless execution of each itinerary.
Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to guests, helping them make the most of their time in Free State.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and activities to consistently enhance guests' experiences.
