Oversee the conceptualization and design of immersive learning experiences, exhibitions, and interactive installations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand educational objectives and incorporate art and design elements
Develop strategic partnerships with artists, designers, and creative institutions
Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Ensure the seamless execution of projects, adhering to quality standards

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative and engaging experiences for children and youth
Expertise in ideation, prototyping, and visual storytelling
Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices
Excellent project management skills
Ability to inspire and lead interdisciplinary teams
