About the Position:

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations within our Manufacturing division. You will ensure operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of our clients' manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes
Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics operations
Strong knowledge of logistics best practices and industry trends
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in relevant software and systems
