We are looking for talented individuals to join the Indianapolis Police Department as Multicultural Intelligence Analysts. As an analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide effective law enforcement services to the diverse communities of Indiana.

Your role:

As a Multicultural Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential threats within different communities. You will be instrumental in providing strategic insights to our law enforcement officers, enabling them to make informed decisions and enhance community relations.

Key responsibilities:

Gather and evaluate intelligence data related to criminal activities and trends
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and patterns
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to exchange information and intelligence
Provide recommendations and actionable insights based on data analysis
Prepare intelligence reports and presentations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Sociology, Criminology)
Proven experience in data analysis and research
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of statistical software and tools
Understanding of law enforcement principles and practices
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
