Job Summary:

As a Field Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing our practical sustainability initiatives across Galicia. Your role will involve liaising with local communities, facilitating training programs, and ensuring the smooth implementation of sustainable farming practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with local communities and stakeholders to build strong relationships
  • Assess environmental impact and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops for farmers
  • Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives
  • Collaborate with our research team to continuously improve our methods

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background in sustainable agriculture or related field
  • Proven ability to manage projects and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel across Galicia as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in community outreach and engagement
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Understanding of organic farming principles
  • Familiarity with technology used in the agricultural sector
