About the Role:

As an Innovation Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our research projects forward and fostering a culture of innovation within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and exploring new opportunities for research and development in the Aviation/Aerospace sector.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Conducting market analysis and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Leading brainstorming sessions and facilitating idea generation.
Managing and coordinating research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:
